About Me
Hey, I’m Jocelyn! A corporate copywriter who is diving headfirst into motherhood one DIY project at a time
I CAN’T WAIT TO SHARE ALL THE COOL THINGS I’VE BEEN UP TO
How it began & how it’s going
I grew up in Hong Kong and loved it. I started a food blog when I was 12-years-old, commenting on my favourite foods and trends whenever I tried something new. That brought me to South China Morning Post, where I started interning four years later. Two years after that, I was a full-fledged freelance reporter for them. I have also written for Time Out Hong Kong, Young Post, CollegeFashionista, and Interrobang. In my spare time, I’ve always enjoyed writing stories that connect people: my creative nonfiction works are sprinkled in different anthologies.
I have always enjoyed tackling new things. Though motherhood wasn’t initially something I had ever wanted for myself, I had my kids and am now lowkey obsessed with them. Never did I think I’d enjoy babbling and little giggles as much as I do now. I am so grateful to have my boys and my husband and I can’t wait to share my journey in writing, motherhood, and other fun projects along the way with you.
